The problem

Service businesses run on disconnected tools. One app for leads, another for texting, another for email, another for booking, another for reviews, another for ads. Nothing talks to each other. Leads fall through the cracks. Follow-ups don't happen. The owner is manually doing things that should be automated. They're paying monthly fees for multiple platforms that each do one thing.

Everything starts here. The owner logs in and sees the full picture at a glance — total leads, active deals, the pipeline broken down by stage, and recent lead activity. No digging through menus or switching between tabs to figure out what's happening in the business.

Lead management

Every lead lives in one place with full context. Status filters let the owner see exactly where each lead sits — new, contacted, call booked, demo built, demo presented, won, or lost. Each lead shows their email, next meeting date, and current pipeline stage.

Two-way SMS inbox

A built-in messaging system so the owner can text leads directly from the platform. Full conversation history, search across all contacts, and real-time delivery. No switching to a phone or a separate texting app.

Calendar & booking

Upcoming meetings pulled into one view with booking invite links the owner can send to leads. Connected to their calendar so availability stays in sync. Leads book themselves, confirmations go out automatically, and reminder texts fire before the call.

Automations

Multi-step sequences triggered by events or scheduled around booking times. Meta ad lead comes in — instant response fires. Call gets booked — confirmation and reminders go out automatically. Deal closes — review request and referral ask launch. Every automation is toggleable so the owner stays in control without touching code.

The full stack

The complete system includes a CRM pipeline with custom stages, a two-way SMS inbox, event- and schedule-triggered email and text automations, multi-step drip sequences, missed-call text-back, calendar booking, review and referral automation, organic-content scheduling, Meta ad-performance tracking, call recording and transcripts, notifications, a reporting dashboard, and a unified client profile that shows everything about a lead in one view.
