Most shops wait to be told what to build. You describe what you think you need, they quote it, they build exactly that, and whether it was the right thing to build in the first place was never their problem.
We started Propel to do the finding as well as the building. Agents that work unattended, the system a company actually runs on, the tool nobody sells because only you need it, the numbers that were never visible. Different businesses need different pieces, and working out which is the job.
Custom software used to mean a development team and a budget most businesses were never going to sign off. That is no longer true, and almost no owner has updated what they think is possible. Closing that gap is the whole job.

A tool needs someone to log in and run it. What we build works on its own, at 9pm, on a Sunday, whether or not anyone remembers it exists.

Off-the-shelf software makes you work the way it was designed to be worked. Everything here is built the other way round, which is the only reason it fits.

We own the software, the tooling, and the IP. You own your business data. Clean, complete export on the way out, at no charge, no delays, no lock-ins.
