Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

A cookie is a small piece of text a website keeps in your browser. Websites can also keep information in your browser's storage. This page lists everything workwithpropel.com and the services on it keep there, and which ones you choose.

Always on, because the site needs them

  • propel_cookie_consent remembers your choices in the cookie banner. It lasts one year.
  • propel_ref is kept in local storage when you arrive from a referral link, so the person who referred you is credited. It stays until you clear your browser data.
  • sentryReplaySession is kept in session storage by Sentry, our error reporting service, so a problem can be traced if something breaks. It is cleared when you close the tab.
  • The Cal.com booking calendar on our pages sets __cf_bm (bot protection) and its own sign-in security cookies so the calendar works. These are Cal.com's, under Cal.com's privacy policy, and last no longer than your visit.

Analytics, only if you allow it

  • Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID to tell visits apart and count how people use the site. They last up to two years.
  • Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights count visits and measure how fast pages load, without setting cookies.

Marketing, only if you allow it

  • The Meta Pixel sets _fbp and _fbc and keeps lastExternalReferrer and lastExternalReferrerTime in local storage, so Meta can tell us when a visit from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads leads to an enquiry or a booking. They last up to 90 days.

Your choices

Analytics and marketing stay off until you turn them on in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Preferences at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies or block them in your browser settings. For any question, email projects@workwithpropel.com. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
