The free audit.
An hour on how your business runs today, covering what is done by hand, what is done twice and what became possible in the last two years. We ask a few questions when you book so we arrive knowing the business, and about three business days later we walk you through the plan and the number on a second call. If the hour isn't worth your time, send us a bill for it.

Who it's for
Owner-run businesses in the trades, field services, manufacturing, logistics, clinics and shops, where the day runs on paper, texts, spreadsheets and software that doesn't fit how the work gets done. The shape of the business matters more than the industry. It suits a business that is already operating, has a real reason to look, and can have the person who decides on the call.
Before the call
The booking form asks what the business does, what made you book and what it runs on today. We read your website and what is public about the business before we meet, so the hour goes on how you work rather than on background. Cal.com sends the Google Meet invite, an email reminder the day before and a text two hours out, and Knox texts you the day before to confirm the time.
On the call
It is mostly questions. You walk us through one job from the first call to the money in the bank, we find where the time goes and what it costs, and we ask what you would fix first if you could fix one thing. We also show you what has become possible for a business like yours and how a build with us runs. There is no demo, and if we can't help, we tell you then.
After the call
About three business days later we meet again, with everyone who decides, and walk you through the plan and the number. The plan sets out what is worth building in phases, starting with the thing you said you would fix first, and the number is one price for the build, split into monthly payments across it. Nothing starts unless you go ahead.
Questions about the audit.
Yes. There is no charge for the hour and nothing to sign. If the hour isn't worth your time, send us a bill for it.
The person who makes the decisions for the business, usually the owner. If someone else decides with you, bring them along, and they will be on the second call where we walk through the plan too.
No. Answer the questions on the booking form and we do the rest of the homework, reading your website and what is public about the business before we meet. On the call we ask you to walk us through one job from the first call to the money in the bank, so it helps to have a recent one in mind.
Yes, so the plan comes from what you actually said rather than from our memory of it.
We tell you on the call. If what the business needs isn't something we build, or the timing isn't right, we say so plainly and suggest when it would be worth talking again.
